Over the years Maria has facilitated many sessions for children, and it never ceases to amaze her how naturally they relax. Time and time again, Maria has watched little ones (and teens) drift into such a deep state of calm that they're still peacefully asleep when the session ends. Maria also currently holds Sound Journeys in high schools around Christchurch.
These gentle experiences are perfect for children with busy minds, helping them slow down, regulate their nervous system, connect with their bodies, and simply rest. It's also a beautiful opportunity for parents and children to share a moment of stillness and connection together.

Maria has facilitated transformative experiences for thousands of people over the last 4 years. Her sessions are a sanctuary where peace and deep relaxation flourish, guiding attendees towards inner stillness and realignment of energy centres.
