All bookings are subject to availability and approval by the Papanui Spiritual Centre Committee. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
Prices are subject to change at the Centre's discretion. Payment must be made in full upon confirmation of the booking unless otherwise agreed. Any additional services (e.g., cleaning, kitchen use) may incur extra charges.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the booking date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 50% charge, and cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded.
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the venue during their event. A cleaning fee will apply if the venue is not left in its original condition. If using the kitchen, extra cleaning charges may be applied based on the level of use.
The hirer agrees to use the facilities responsibly, adhering to any instructions provided by the Centre. The use of audio-visual equipment must be arranged in advance. The Centre must be vacated by the agreed time.
The hirer must ensure that all attendees conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any unlawful or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited. The hirer is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 requirements.
The Papanui Spiritual Centre will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at the event. The hirer is advised to arrange their own insurance for the event if necessary.
The Papanui Spiritual Centre reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies, or if the venue becomes unfit for use. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
The Centre reserves the right to terminate the hire immediately if the terms and conditions are violated, or if the Centre's property or reputation is at risk.
The Papanui Spiritual Centre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to the hirer and will apply to future bookings.
